About Me:
Reba, my wife of 45 years, and I did not have children. However, we are blessed with 25 nieces
and nephews to love. We enjoy church and club
activities on the island. Also, we enjoy tracking-down the old USS Aeolus Crewmembers for the ASSN. We try to attend each Reunion to meet
new friends and renew old acquaintances. Let us
hear from you and come to see us.
I was aboard the USS Aeolus (ARC-3) 1955-57. That
was my maturation stage in life. There, I became a
man; learned responsibility, work ethics, technology and living in close quarters with other men. Returned to KY, ran the family business, and retired as an engineer from the
State of KY. We moved to Hilton Head in 1996, and enjoy retirement. Having had open-heart surgery 12 yrs ago, it has developed into heart degeneration. But I go to Cardiac Rehab 3x weekly.
