About Me:
Hola
I just wanted to invite you to a new website (www.CrazyForSpain.com) for people that are crazy about the great country of Spain. Whether you're a military brat, military member, parent, friend, Spanish national or exchange student, this site is for you. Having lived in Spain, you know what I'm talking about.
I grew up as a military brat living in Zaragoza (elementary school '75 - '76), Madrid (Torrejon High School '82 - '87), Calatayud and La Manga del Mar Menor. I fell in love with this great country and had difficulty finding Spanish people and products in the United States. Several years ago I started a website for my old high school and located over 400 classmates and friends in 6 months. This led me to create www.CrazyForSpain.com . I figured why not just make a site for all of Spain. Why not, I had friends all over.
I spent alot of time searching the Internet for products from Spain only to find bits and pieces here and there. I decided that Spain was being provided an injustice and set out to make the largest Spain related site on the Internet. www.CrazyForSpain.com is quickly becoming a mega-site consisting of a store with Spanish Food, Medieval Battle equipment, Flamenco Products (coming soon) and other goodies to help pay the bills associated with the site and offer products at affordable and reasonable pricing; a FREE community center where visitors can add their contact information and search for long lost friends; A Reunion center where Spanish groups, schools and people can post their meeting information; and a business directory for Spanish Restaurants (coming soon) and other Spain related businesses in the United States.
Let's face it... it's about time Spain had an American presence to be proud of. I hope you can stop by and visit. Don't forget to join the community so your friends can find you as well. www.CrazyForSpain.com is continually growing so please visit often. Please tell your friends and family to stop by as well. It's going to be awesome with your help. Thanks for your time.
