Gender: Male
Hometown: Seattle, Washington
Military Status: Veteran
About Me:
Having served from Feb 1966 to Feb 1970, I was discharged from Norton AFB in San Bernardino, CA. My wife and I were married in June of 70 and I worked in the telecommunications industry with the initial skills and knowledges that I received from my AF training as a teletype/cryptographic repairman. I spent most of my 35 years in the telecom training field as a technical instructor and curriculum developer of transmission training programs, primarily for GTE. In 1981 I was transferred to Irving, TX and we set up house in Ft Worth where we still live. I am now semi-retired with my wife. We have two kids, a 32 year old son and a 31 year old daughter who have both given us four terrific grandchildren ages 7, 6, 3, and 1. I now play a lot of golf, work partime, am writing an aviation book, fish, teach sunday school, and follow the flea market circuit with my wife. We plan on doing a great deal of travelling when my wife retires in two years. We have family in both California and Washington State and visit them yearly.
