All I know is his name is Robert (Bobby) Montez, he was in the US Army, the picture I have posted is of him, the back was dated 1969. I believe he may have been somewhere in Texas and/or Hawaii area. He would have been born somewhere between 1947-1950, making him about 60-63 years old. Any info would help.
